Refund policy
1. Refunds or chargeback requests due to customs charges, incorrect size orders, or simple change of mind cannot be accepted after shipment.
2. Size exchanges are possible on the condition that the customer covers the round-trip shipping costs (AZLA does not arrange return shipping).
